Express Session
What is it?
Short on time but need focused attention?
Express Sessions are 20-minute, targeted treatments designed to address a specific area or concern without committing to a full massage session. They’re great for maintenance, a busy schedule, or when you need a little extra attention between longer appointments.
Express Sessions are available in three styles: clothed, area-specific massage; therapist-assisted stretching; or targeted cupping therapy.
New Clients: Express Sessions are not available for first-time clients. A full New Client – Massage Therapy session is required before booking an Express Session.
When booking, select your desired session time and indicate your preferred treatment style on the Add-On screen.

Contraindications
An Express Session may need to be postponed or modified if you have:
A recent injury, surgery, or medical procedure
An acute or unexplained injury
Severe, sudden, or unexplained pain
A suspected or known blood clot or DVT
An active infection or fever
Open wounds, burns, or significant skin irritation in the treatment area
Unexplained swelling, redness, or warmth
A condition that makes massage, stretching, or cupping inappropriate
For cupping sessions, additional contraindications apply, including certain bleeding or clotting disorders, fragile skin, and medications that significantly affect blood clotting.
For assisted stretching, treatment may need to be modified or avoided with certain acute injuries, joint instability, recent surgery, or conditions where stretching is not recommended.
Please let your therapist know about any injuries, medical conditions, medications, or recent procedures before your session. Your therapist may modify, postpone, or decline treatment when appropriate for your safety.
Express Sessions are intended for focused maintenance and minor areas of concern—not for diagnosing or treating serious or unexplained pain.

What to Expect
Your 20-minute session is designed to make the most of your time with focused attention on one specific area or goal. You’ll briefly discuss what you’d like to address, and your therapist will choose the most appropriate approach based on your needs.
Choose from:
Clothed, Area-Specific Massage — Stay fully clothed while your therapist focuses on a specific area of tension or discomfort.
Therapist-Assisted Stretching — Guided movement and stretching focused on improving comfortable mobility and addressing areas that feel tight or restricted.
Targeted Cupping — Focused cupping techniques applied to a specific area. Temporary circular marks are possible with cupping.
Because this is a short, targeted session, there is minimal time for a lengthy intake or full-body assessment. If you need more comprehensive care or have multiple areas you’d like addressed, a longer massage session may be a better fit.
New Clients: Express Sessions are not available for first-time clients. A New Client – Massage Therapy session is required before booking.
