Foot Treatment
What is it?
Your feet carry you through life—give them the attention they deserve with a focused, restorative treatment designed to relax tired muscles and refresh hardworking feet.
Your session includes a warm Epsom salt foot soak, exfoliating salt scrub, soothing hot towels, and a relaxing foot massage to ease tension and leave your feet feeling refreshed.
Longer sessions provide additional time for focused massage and include the lower legs. Enjoy it as a stand-alone service or pair it with another massage or wellness service for some extra care and relaxation.

Contraindications
This service should be postponed if you have:
Open cuts, wounds, sores, or blisters on the feet or lower legs
Active fungal, bacterial, or other skin infections
Warts or other contagious skin conditions
Burns, sunburn, or significantly irritated skin
Severe or unexplained swelling
A known or suspected blood clot or DVT
A recent fracture, sprain, surgery, or other acute injury
Severe or unexplained foot, ankle, or lower-leg pain

A condition that makes massage, exfoliation, or a warm foot soak inappropriate
Please let your therapist know if you have diabetes, neuropathy, arthritis, circulation concerns, recent injuries, or any other condition affecting your feet or lower legs. Your therapist may modify, avoid certain areas, postpone, or decline treatment when appropriate for your safety.
If you have sudden swelling, redness, warmth, severe pain, or other unexplained changes in one leg or foot, seek medical evaluation rather than scheduling a foot treatment.

What to Expect
You’ll begin with a warm Epsom salt foot soak to relax tired feet and soften the skin. A gentle salt scrub follows to exfoliate dry, rough skin and refresh the feet, followed by soothing hot towels to warm and prepare the area for massage.
Your therapist will then use focused massage techniques on the feet and, with longer sessions, the lower legs. Pressure and techniques can be adjusted based on your comfort and what your feet need that day.
This service is available as a stand-alone appointment or as an add-on to another massage session.
Please arrive with clean feet and let your therapist know about any areas of sensitivity, discomfort, or recent injury before your session.
