Hot Stone Massage
What is it?
Hot Stone Massage combines traditional massage techniques with the soothing warmth of smooth, heated stones. The heat helps warm and relax the muscles, allowing your therapist to work more comfortably into areas of tension while creating a deeply relaxing experience.
Stones may be placed on specific areas of the body and/or incorporated into the massage with your therapist’s techniques. The session can be adjusted to your comfort level, making it a great choice for people looking to ease muscle tension, unwind, and enjoy an extra level of relaxation.

What to Expect
Hot Stone Massage is designed to be a more relaxing experience rather than a deep-tissue massage. Smooth, heated stones are used as an extension of your therapist’s hands, allowing them to massage the body with the warmth and weight of the stones.
Some stones may also be placed on top of the sheet in specific areas of the body so you can relax and allow the warmth to gradually soak in. Your therapist will check in throughout the session to make sure the temperature and pressure remain comfortable.
Expect a soothing combination of warmth, gentle massage, and relaxation—perfect for slowing down and letting your body unwind.
