Prenatal Massage
What is it?
Prenatal Massage is a gentle, supportive massage tailored to the changing needs of your body during pregnancy. Your therapist will customize the session based on how you’re feeling, with extra attention to areas that commonly experience tension or discomfort as your body changes.
Sessions are designed with your comfort and safety in mind and typically use a comfortable side-lying position with plenty of pillow support. When appropriate, a wedge pillow may also be used for short periods of time in a supported position.
Fusion welcomes clients with low-risk pregnancies during the 2nd and 3rd trimesters.
We do not currently accept new prenatal clients during the 1st trimester or those with high-risk pregnancies.

What to Expect
Your session will be tailored to your comfort and stage of pregnancy. Most of the massage is performed in a comfortable side-lying position with plenty of pillow support to help you feel secure and relaxed.
Your therapist will use techniques appropriate for pregnancy and adjust pressure, positioning, and areas of focus based on how you’re feeling that day. We do not perform abdominal massage during prenatal sessions.
You’ll have plenty of opportunities to communicate with your therapist throughout the session. If a position, pressure, or technique doesn’t feel comfortable, let us know—we can adjust as needed.
The goal is a safe, supportive, relaxing experience that gives your changing body some well-deserved attention.
Infant Massage Guidance
Expecting, have a baby at home, or care for one? Infant Massage Guidance is an educational session designed to teach parents and caregivers simple, gentle massage techniques they can safely incorporate into their own routines with their baby.
At Fusion, we believe touch is an important part of bonding, connection, and communication between a baby and their caregiver. Because of that, we don’t perform massage directly on your baby—instead, we teach you how to do it yourself. We’ll demonstrate techniques on a doll, and you’ll learn practical ways to use gentle touch to soothe, support relaxation, encourage bonding, and potentially ease common infant discomforts.
This is an educational session for your personal use with your own baby or a child in your care. It is not a professional infant massage certification or training program, and completion does not qualify you to teach or provide infant massage to others.
Please do not bring your baby to the session; we’ll practice using a demonstration doll.
