What to Expect
Your massage starts with a quick check-in so we can talk about how you’re feeling, what areas you’d like to focus on, and what you’re hoping to get from your session. Your therapist will tailor the massage to you rather than following a one-size-fits-all routine.
Throughout your session, communication is encouraged. Let us know if you’d like more or less pressure, if something doesn’t feel comfortable, or if you’d like to spend more time on a particular area. We’ll work together to make your session productive, comfortable, and personalized to you.
After your massage, we’ll give you a moment to get up and regroup before checking in about how you’re feeling. Depending on your goals, your therapist may also offer simple suggestions for movement, hydration, self-care, or future sessions to help you continue feeling your best.
