Red Light Therapy
What is it?
Red Light Therapy (RLT) is a non-invasive wellness treatment that uses specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to expose the body to low levels of light energy. Unlike UV light, red and near-infrared light are not intended to damage the skin.
The light is absorbed by cells in the body and may support cellular energy production and the body’s natural processes related to circulation, recovery, and tissue repair. Many people use Red Light Therapy as part of a regular wellness routine to support recovery, relaxation, skin health, and overall well-being.
At Fusion, you’ll enjoy full-body Red Light Therapy in a private, comfortable space using our professional PlatinumLED light system. Sessions are simple, relaxing, and require no special effort—just step into the light, relax, and let your body do the work.
Red Light Therapy is a wellness service, not a medical treatment, and results can vary from person to person. Consistency is generally more important than a single session.

What to Expect
Your First Session:
Your first visit is a little more hands-on. We’ll start with a brief health intake, go over what to expect, and have you watch a short instructional video so you feel comfortable using the equipment. You’ll have time to ask questions before getting started.
Your first treatment will be shorter—typically 10–15 minutes under the light—so we can introduce your body to the treatment and see how you respond. Protective eyewear is provided and must be worn as directed.
Sessions After Your First Visit:
Once you’ve completed your first session and know how everything works, you’re on your own! Your future sessions are designed to be simple and convenient. You’ll use the equipment independently, follow the provided instructions, and relax during your treatment.
Regular sessions are encouraged if you want to make Red Light Therapy part of your wellness routine. If it has been more than two weeks since your last session, we may recommend temporarily reducing your treatment time before returning to your usual session length.
Want to Save?
Prepaid Red Light Therapy packages are available for those who want to commit to regular sessions and save compared with purchasing individual sessions.
